Internal rules in Lanceata Apartments

The decree 52/2011, 24th March, which establishes the ordination of apartments and tourist housing in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, it establishes that apartments and tourist housing will be able to have an internal regulation to establish obligatory rules for users during their stay, under no circumstances should suppose a discrimination by birth, race, sex, religion and opinion reasons or another personal or social circumstance. Internal rules will be able to determine the conditions of admission, rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allow and favour the normal enjoyment of establishment, equipments and services, without contravening the current legislation on this matter, likewise internal rules are available for users in a visible place of the establishment, the following sections are considered:

Prices include

Price of the apartment, according to the exposed price in the reception, are included complementary services and items specified in the section “equipment” that appears at website (www.apartamentosareas.com)

Reservations

You can book an apartment filling the reservation form at website, through emailreservas@apartamentosareas.com or phone (+34 616 954 244). To confirm the booking, after the availability confirmation, Lanceata Apartments require a deposit, via bank transfer, of 50% of the total amount of the rent. This deposit has to be made within 24h after the availability confirmation. If the deposit in not made on time, we will cancel the reservation.

Cancelation

Low season there isn´t any charge in case of cancelation with a minimum notice of 15 days prior to arrival. Less than 15 days’ notice, whole reservation will be charged. High season the 50% of reservation will be charge at the moment to formalize the reservation, no reimbursements, the remaining 50% will be charged 15 days prior to check-in, both no reimbursements.

Accommodation use

During check-in is needed to complete an index card, which is sent to national security forces according with current laws about accommodation. Identity card or passport of all the guests are required. Internal rules are delivered to guests during the check-in; guests accept the internal rules when the index card is signed. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. The apartment administration may deny admittance to persons who have not been declared.

Behaviour

Guests must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general norms of coexistence. Any activity that disturbed the normal harmony of the community, such as high music, noise and parties that cause justified complaints from neighbors constitute a reason for immediate eviction, without entitlement to compensation or any refund of the amount paid.

Material damages

Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property, being responsible for the damage or losses occurring. Lanceata Apartments is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to guests personal belongings.

Check-in and check-out

All apartments are available for occupation after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. You must check-out of the apartment before 12:00 pm on the departure day.

Vacating of the apartments

Lanceata Apartments will be able to cancel the contract because of non-compliance of the rules by the guest. The owner will be able to call police in order to evict the guest in case of non-compliance of the rules.
Prohibitions.

It’s not allowed: Bring in furniture or carry out any kind of maintenance or works without permission. Accommodate more persons than the maximum capacity established. Re-booked or make use of lodgings for other purposed not agreed. The use of flammable or explosive materials that can cause damages or disturbance to other guests. Any other activity that attempts against normal coexistence or disturbs the right to rest or breach the peace. The use of appliances that noticeably increase the consumptions foreseen, without written authorization. Organize celebrations.

Obligations of users

Pay heed to security, coexistence and hygiene norms. Meet the rules. Respect the establishment, equipment and place. The total price must be pay at check-in. Lanceata Apartments has the right to require a deposit of 200,00€ during check-in, it will be given back during check-out.

Cleaning of the apartment

On arrival you will find your apartment clean and tidy. Guest should respect the tidiness and cleanliness of apartments. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartments (except guide dogs)

CONFLICT BETWEEN SPANISH TEXT AND OTHER LANGUAGE TEXT

If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the Spanish text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation into any other language, the Spanish text shall prevail
